I’m so sorry for your loss. I did not know Mr. Barber personally, but I have been touched by the wonderful people he called family. He must have been such a special man that the Lord wanted him nearer. My thoughts and prayers are with you all, and please don’t hesitate to contact me if there’s any small comfort I can provide.

Very sorry to hear of your fathers passing, he was a good man, and will be missed by all. My dad passed away quite a few years ago and I still miss him. I can still remember coming over to your house and driving around the John Deere riding mower, playing your guitar, and just hanging out with your family, good memories.
My prayers and thoughts are with you. I have wonderful childhood memories of our families spending time together. I pray you all feel God’s loving arms around you, giving you comfort in this time of loss.
Sorry to hear about Harold, I can still see John Cornwell, John Kempher, Harold and someone else singing in front of the church at Van Buren United Methodist Church. I guess the Lord is now listening to them and telling them how great they are. We will all miss Harold and saying prayers for the family.

I do not think that I ever met your father and grandfather but I know he must have been a wonderful man because of such a wonderful family that I have been in touch with. I have lost my own father and I know that it is hard to let them go. Just remember this that you want to remember all the good times that you have had with him and it will help you through the rough times. Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of you and I will keep you in my prayers. Love you guys.

I was so sorry to hear of Harold’s passing. I have many good memories of times spent at your house when I was young and I always loved when Harold would sing at church, whether as a solo or with the quartet. My thoughts are with all of you.
