Sara Irene Swartz, 49, of Findlay passed away on June 12, 2011 at Toledo Hospital. Sara was born on May 18, 1962 in Bowling Green, Ohio to Luis and Paula (Zuniga) Trevino. Sara was a wonderful homemaker, and a very loving mother and grandmother. Sara was a very strong and caring person and will be deeply missed.

Sara is survived by her husband of 9 years, Richard Swartz; children, Reuben N. Trevino, Kristen C. Lynn, and Josiah (Leona) Fleming; stepsons, Ricky and Blake Swartz; grandchildren, Olivia, Khaliece, Onyka, and Ray; brothers, John, Abel, Benjamin, Phillip, and Diego; and sisters, Alicia, Yolanda, Maria, and Carol.

A memorial service for Sara will be held on Saturday, at 12 noon at 721 Winfield Ave., Findlay, Ohio. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorial contributions in Sara’s name may be made to the family in care of Hufford Family Funeral Home.
