In Loving Memory Of...
William “Bill” D. Depuy Sr., 68, of Findlay passed away on Monday, March 14, 2011 at Blanchard Valley Hospital after complications from cancer surgery. Bill was born on May 12, 1942 to Serge and Florence “Pearl” (Wilson) Depuy. Bill was a 1960 graduate of Findlay High School. Bill served his country in the United States Army from March 1964 through March of 1966. After being Honorably discharged, Bill went on to work as a route driver/broker for Columbus Parcel and then for AAA Delivery in Temperance, Michigan. After leaving his driving career, Bill worked at International Paper in Kenton for a number of years before finally retiring. Bill married Susan J. Zechman on December 12, 1969, they later separated in 1983. Bill Enjoyed the outdoors, fishing trips with his dad, brothers, uncles, cousins and his sons to Michigan and Canada. Bill also enjoyed reading and spending time with his grandchildren.
Bill is survived by his two sons, William “Billy” D. Depuy Jr. and Kenneth “Ken” (Jessica) Depuy; a sister, Linda Foltz, of Findlay; four brothers, John (Nancy) Depuy and Tom (Kris) Depuy of Findlay, Jack (Mary) Depuy of North Baltimore and Randy (Patty) Depuy of Columbus; three grandchildren, Emily, Sydney and Marc; and many nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be private. Memorial contributions in Bill’s name may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Linda, I am sure that you probably will remember me. Our parents were very close and so were we. I am so sorry to learn that Billy has passed away. My brother, Larry, who was Billys age passed away several years ago. We had a lot of good times doings things together, expecially when we lived next door to each other on Ash Avenue.
